³¹ The father said to him, ‘·Son [Child], you ·are always with [or have always stood by] me, and all that I have is yours. ³² [^LBut] We had to celebrate and ·be happy [rejoice] because ·your brother [^Lthis brother of yours; v. 30] was dead, but ·now he is alive [has come back to life]. He was lost, but now he is found.’”
